Small head of a bearded man

Belongs to an interesting set of small terracotta votive heads, fragments of statuettes of banqueters reclining on klinai. They were made in Taranto between the 6th and the 4th centuries B.C., in relation to funerary cults whose rites were held at a large necropolis and an important sanctuary.
